Receiving incorrect item:
Please contact us. We will work to resolve this issue by sending out the correct replacement item with a prepaid shipping envelope so that you may return the incorrect item.

Receiving damaged item:
To keep shipping costs low, we recommend USPS Media Mail or First Class for our US customers. However, these shipping methods do not include insurance against damage. Buyer assumes all risks if selecting Media Mail or First Class at checkout. If you would like to insure your shipment, please checkout using USPS Priority, DHL or UPS.

US buyers that selected an upgraded shipping method have 30 days from ship date to submit a claim.

International buyers that selected an upgraded shipping method have 90 days from ship date to submit a claim.
