Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days. Some t-shirt designs are screen printed on demand, and may require extra handling time. Pre-orders will ship by the estimated date listed on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.
My order hasn’t arrived—what should I do?
If your package is delayed or missing, contact us with your order number and we’ll help track it down.
Products
Are your releases limited?
Many of our releases are limited editions. Once they sell out, they are not guaranteed to be repressed.
What condition are your items in?
All items are new unless otherwise stated. Our book store features pre-owned books.
Do you restock sold-out items?
The best way to find out is follow one of our social media pages (scroll to the bottom for links) or Bandcamp page. We always announce represses ahead of release.
AI
Do you use AI generated music or artwork?
We are firmly ANTI-AI 🚫. Many of the musicians we work with play live shows - come see for yourself! Artwork always receives credit. We photograph every item for sale.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it, and include a pre-paid return envelope.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If an item is severely damaged or unplayable, we will correct the issue. Small cassette case cracks, and minor vinyl jacket dents are not typically replaced.
Artists & Submissions
Do you accept demos or submissions?
Yes, but we do receive many demos. We may not respond to every demo request. Please send links to your audio, and artwork or art concept if known.
What genres do you release?
Dungeon synth and fantasy synth.
Wholesale & Collaborations
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, for shops and distributors. Contact us with details about your store for more information. We have low minimums for brick and mortar record stores.
Can we collaborate or stock your releases?
We’re always open to partnerships. Reach out and tell us what you have in mind.
